Marco & Marleen lost their hearts years ago to sunny Curaçao. Ready for a new challenge and a great project, we have decided to expand our horizons. Literally and figuratively across the border with Villa Vista Lena as a result.

Rental condition

  • Minimum rental period of 7 nights
  • Minimum rental period Christmas/New Year 13 nights
  • Check in 4:00 PM - Check out 11:00 AM
  • Deposit €500.00
  • BBQ must be delivered clean, otherwise €125.00 will be charged/deducted from the deposit
  • Payment condition: your booking is final after 50% has received the booking amount within 10 days. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.

  • Tourist tax of 7% mandatory
  • Electricity and water consumption meter readings are recorded by the manager upon arrival and departure. Above 40 kWh per day will be charged and offset against the refund of the deposit. The costs for additional consumption for electricity are €0.50 per kWh.
  • Final cleaning €250.00
  • Intermediate cleaning €125.00 (on request)
  • Airport transfer (possible if desired)
